FIRST TIME BUYERS COMING BACK TO THE HOUSING MARKET
According to estimates from the National Association of Home Builders first time buyers are currently only representing 16% of the new build market. A figure still far down from the highs of 25-28% in the early and mid 2000’s. But with the market still improving there are more incentives being made available, which in turn will begin to boost that percentage to levels seen 10 years ago.
